Sept 2014 update: evening spins...
So.....as the daylight hours are now becoming more and more
scarce, the last of the evening midweek spins took place this
week (2nd Sept).
We will resume the spins next Spring.
In the meantime though.....next up on the agenda will be the
now world famous Turbo Training Sessions in Clonard village
hall. We plan to start in October, so if you do not
already own a Turbo Trainer, then now is the time to start
writing your letter to Santa so that you can join in the 'fun'
on Monday nights and keep yourself in tip-top condition over
the dark winter months.
More details will follow soon, but for the moment.....all club
members are welcome to join in, and start saving for your
Turbo Trainer if you haven't got one!
IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE:
We would ask all riders joining the spin (including existing
club members!) to read the following safety notice HERE
before coming out for a spin with the club.

April 2014 update: evening spins...
We would like to encourage female cyclists of all abilities to
come along and join in the spins - initially as daylight hours
are against us, we will keep the spins to approx one hour so
that everyone can be back safely before it gets dark.
The pace is leisurely, and we will not leave riders behind.
Phone Marie for enquiries: 087 994 8950.
