Due to weather conditions, we have been forced to cancel the Leisure spin planned for Tue 31st July

Event details were as follows.....

Family / Beginner spin with the club:

Following on from the hugely successful National Bike Week, we will hold a special evening of spins for anyone interested in cycling, where they can join us for a leisurely spin. The spin is open to all levels of ability and interest - beginners, to advanced, to Families....however, we regret that we cannot cater for children under 12yrs of age this time round.
Please also note that crash helmets are mandatory for anyone partaking in club events.

We will arrange a leisurely-paced, relaxed spin around one of our regular circuits (approx than 30km) with the main group, and there will also be a separate spin for women which will be around 25km or so, again at a leisurely pace.

If you would like to come along that evening, we would be delighted to see you there. Head on down to Clonard (village hall) for about 6.30pm. All groups will roll out at 7pm.

The entry fee for the event is only 3-euro, and this includes light food afterwards in the Monastery Inn.

Remember - no helmet, no spin!!
